T is happily flipping contracts and it looks like several will be paying soon! Hooray! To avoid greedy brokers and dishonest deals, T has been made paymaster on several deals. Pray that God moves these along quickly to payment. We are happy that God is in charge and bringing us our funding.
Praise God who is the author, the boss, the paymaster, and the guide in our endeavours. Please take a minute to thank Him with us for our prosperity and success!  |

This is a sample template, give me some ideas guys. We have found a place, it's great! It's picturesque. The people have formed a wildlife habitat on the property. The house is huge. There are horse facilities. And beautiful trees and a stream running through it. Getting trees and water to run through a place is rare around here guys. Thank God they have agreed to sell to us. They have re-listed it for the spring, but have turned down buyers because they don't like what they want to do with it. They have told us that they like the plans we have for it. They want to see our project on this property.
Also, we are investigating buying the property above it at the entrance of the addition. It will become a small chapel, with Mary as Our Lady the Warrior as the patron. We hope to use it to reach out to the local hispanic population. We already have a priest who would be interested in helping running it in the future.
Please pray that everything goes quickly and smoothly.

Keep watching for more! Michelle Zamecnik won a blue ribbon in the county 4-H poster contest. She will be going to the State Fair with it. Good luck Michelle. She will also be exhibiting her own photo of her cat. We hope to see more blue!
